I wish I had know about the Paleo diet, and used these Paleo Diet tips when I was first starting out on my road to building muscle and eating healthily. There is so much advice out there it can get confusing, and is always useful to have some tips on how to stick to a healthy eating plan, when temptation is surrounding you everywhere you go.
As I have mentioned before, I follow a largely Paleo diet as it gives me a great structure for ensuring that I always eat healthily and appropriately for keeping fat to a minimum and helping to maintain my muscle mass. I should say that I am not 100% Paleo – whey protein powder, for example doesn’t fit the bill. However, I do believe it is a good basis for a diet plan.
I just found this video on YouTube and wanted to share it with you as it gives 10 great Paleo tips on helping to follow this type of diet. Follow these and you won’t go far wrong. It will really help you to stick to the diet, particularly at the start when making changes can be most difficult.
