Hi all. Below I’ve provided a suggested meal plan for a full week – filled with a number of tasty recipes that will be perfect for your evening meals. Many of you may struggle to come up with sufficient ideas for meals to keep them interesting. This helps to solve that. The time you are most likely to cheat on your diet can also come when you aren’t prepared. Planning in advance what you are going to eat, and when, will eliminate any excuses to eat something that you shouldn’t be.
I know many of you at the moment are just starting out on the 12 Week Body Plan created by Nick Mitchell of UPFitness, and Joe Warner from Mens Health. Having read the fantastic book, I believe the below meal suggestions to be ideally suited to those of you following this program.
The recipes are all quick and simple so you wont need to spend ages in the kitchen. All should be served with a large portion of vegetables, and some of you may want to add some carbs (sweet potato, quinoa, lentils), particularly if you have just trained.

Steak, with chopped chilli, garlic, and extra virgin olive oil
